As with all our services, we offer two simple all inclusive IT support services. These are an all inclusive fixed price standard 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday service or the same all inclusive fixed price out of hours support service offered 24-7.
Our offerings are transparent and ensure we can deal with all your support needs without having to think about what is, or isn’t included in your agreement. We offer these services to all our customers irrespective of their size.

Normal business hours
Our standard IT Support Helpdesk operates Monday to Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm (excluding bank holidays and statutory holidays). Support calls can be logged by one of the following methods:
- By selecting ‘Log a Support Call’ via your Cambridge Support App which can be found on your task bar
- Email to email@example.com providing the details of your request and a contact number
- By phone on 01223 736 200
Our SLA to respond to all requests is 1 hour with a fix applied within 8 hours in 98% of the cases.
Outside business hours
If you have an Out of Hours IT support agreement in place and need assistance please call your dedicated support number providing your company name, contact name and request details.
Please note that this 24-7 service is for urgent and critical issues and we would appreciate it if you could send your non-urgent issues to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our SLA to respond to all out of hours support requests, like our standard service, is 1 hour with a fix applied within 8 hours in 98% of the cases. Please note that if your request is not critical not urgent, the support team might schedule to respond to your request the following morning unless this is a weekend or statutory holiday.
